This Humana Conviva Care Center was completely demolished and constructed as brand new. The space received full work including all new and improved mechanical ducts and plumbing lines. The center showcases matte LVT throughput along with glass systems and custom millwork in the breakroom. A noticeable feature of this project is the recessed linear lighting through out the space appearing to give the center a fresh modern appeal.

One of the Cano Health Corporates offices was refreshed upon the tenant’s move in. New walls were constructed as well as the installation of all new store front systems in all offices. Electrical work along with HVAC updates were processed to ensure satisfactory functioning for day to day work. The space is over 15,000 sqft making the all new carpet installments lengthy. Fresh paint was applied to all walls to bring the refresh to completion.

The Conivia Clinincs are a shopping center centrally located in Bird Road. A few exterior finsihes were required such as paint and stucco aside from the interior scope. Inside, we see a fully renovated space taking up new flooring, breakroom area, ceilings, and even restrooms. All brand new appliainces and fixtures were provided by the Dade Construction team and a fresh coat of paint was applied to finish it off.

This complete buildout took place over two  conjoining Humana buildings. Both locations totaled over are 15,000 SqFt and required full buildout services. The centers received everything from new flooring including LVT, tile, and carpet to new ceilings and lighting. The reception area required custom millwork for counters and as a decorative addition to the ceiling. The space also called for an MEP refresh to finalize the buildout.

This project was a complete renovation to offices which were converted to executive office spaces. The project was 7,465 square feet and featured large conference rooms and large executive office. Glass, marble and bamboo wood floors gave the space a luxurious feel. The project was completed in (5) five months.

This project consisted of the interior renovation of the gymnasium and men’s and women’s restroom.
