We are pleased to have transformed the common area of this Stiles property with the installation of new carpet, baseboards, ceiling, wall coverings, millwork panels, and plumbing fixtures. Also, we were able to implement the US Smoke & Fire Curtain system to open up the elevator landing.

This 31,250 SqFt complete buildout in Lake Worth Beach, FL was completed to serve our client, Herff Jones. A full gut-out of a former funeral home was no easy task in transforming this space to what it is now, but luckily, the Dade Construction team was able to complete this project in a timely manner. The scope of work consisted of a new roof, demo, framing, drywall, polished concrete, newly structured staircase, landscaping, etc.

Parkside Two is a multistory office building located in Miami Lakes in which the Dade Construction team had the pleasure in renovating over eight thousand square feet of common area space. The scope of work include brand new carpet and tile throughout, drywall finishes for wall coverings, installation of modern lighting fixtures, and removal and installation of old/new soffits. The newly freshened areas will be a pleasant touch for all the tenants in the building to look forward to.

Upon receiving almost 7,000 SqFt of an empty Brickell office, the DCC team got right to work. Drywall partitions rose creating the ideal layout for a coworking space. The international client wanted a minimalistic aesthetic with an open ceiling plan. As a space intended for shared office spaces, work sections were created using concrete tiles and wooden installs. All new duct work was installed followed by hanging down lights and pendants. Various office contain electrical floor boxes for easy tech access. The space included a simple restroom requiring full plumbing work.

This 2,300 SqFt space was entirely demolished and built new. The team worked around busy Downtown Miami to present a perfect class A office ready to move in. The Dunn Law office was completed with full drywall and glass partitions. The flooring includes wood grain LVT parallel to the new ACT system. To finally finish off the job, full electrical work was performed as well as mechanical updates.

The Dade Construction Team came together to renovate the common areas of the Andrew Jackson Building. From brand new flooring, ceiling, and even woodwork installations, DCC was able to achieve a classic interior look. Improvements to the exterior of the building were also made in including new wooden panels to the facade of the building and removing some prior existing structures.

This interior office improvements features a multitude of intriquite/ customs systems, finihses, and materials. Brand new glass doors and partitions where located in various offices along with LVT flooring. The breakroom now has a custom kitchenette for employees equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.

Albany Auto Management featured an all new remodel. New offices were constructed several of which received glass systems. Custom millwork was installed in the employee breakroom. New flooring was place all through out followed by new ceiling, doors, and paint finishes. Improvements to the HVAC and electrical aspects of the space were made to finish off the modern office aesthetic.

This space needed a clean cut look and we were sure to supply that. The Everglades Buddhist Center received new carpet and LVT flooring. The space has incorporated a fully functional break room area for all guests. The center has also vastly improved their restrooms with a brand new luxurious look.
