This project was a 19,000 SqFt warehouse with a 3,500 Sqft office buildout. This included a full buildout with carpet tile, VC, acoustical ceiling and much more. In this space we also built a 2k sqft area for cold storage that was accessible through a high speed overhead door. This buildout also involved all new lighting fixtures in warehouse area with exhaust fan and an industrial 24ft in diameter fan. This was another great project that shows what DADE can do.
