This Project is total 27,213 SqFt warehouse build out with a 1,100 SqFt office build out. This is a full brand-new office build out. The build out consisted of all new partitions, floor tile installs in entire office space, ceiling, and all new units as well. This is one of the projects that was accomplished during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to deal with the delays in the City and closing of many areas, but we managed to finish on time and turn over a great space.
