This project involved the complete renovation and build-out of approximately 9,029 square feet of premium amenity spaces, with a construction value of $1.89 million. The scope included the creation of a modern music room, movie theater, fitness center, yoga studio, and café, designed to enhance the overall resident experience and provide a diverse range of lifestyle-focused amenities.
