This project served as the new South Florida headquarters for Humana, encompassing nearly 17,000 square feet on the third floor of a mixed-use building. Delivered as a grey box, the space was transformed through a full build-out that included custom millwork, curved soffits and drywall, a complete storefront glass system, and spray insulation throughout.
