The Dade Construction team fully renovated the Miami Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute (MOSMI) in West Kendall Baptist. This medical center renovation was a total of 3,300 SQ FT and featured many finishes. To expand the office, some areas became demolished. The new drywall and framing created more hallways. Ceiling, flooring, and paint once completed were applied to new walls. Custom cabinetry was installed in the patient rooms which required new plumbing for all sink installations. With the expansion, new electrical work was needed concluding in new outlets and recessed lamps all through out.
