For small businesses providing health insurance to employees is a priority, but affordability is an increasing concern. That’s why Dade Construction Corp. turned to the Greater Health Trust (GHT), an insurance program created by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and AvMed for small business members. The program provides large employer group health benefits at prices small businesses can afford. “At Dade Construction Corp. we believe that with the right team we can build anything. That’s why it was important for us to put our people first when it came to providing them health insurance,” said Jonathan Cuesta, president at Dade Construction Corp. “With GHT we secured a very reasonable rate. Our health care cost rose 30% but, for the first time in years we were able to save 20% on our healthcare cost and shared in that savings with our staff.”
